IT Specialist
Responsibilities:
? SCADA, HMI, RTU and Automation support
? Server & workstation hardware and application support
? Hardware & software inventory control
? FreeWave radio & wireless network management
? Digital phone system management
? Enterprise software management, configuration & archiving
? Employee training & support
? Employee cellular phone support & management
? Documentation & systems configuration backup archiving
? IT & automation systems credentials management and archiving
Qualifications:
? High school diploma or equivalent
? Five years of related experience in the oil and gas industry in an IT support role preferred
? Vocational training in a relevant field preferred
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
? Demonstrated problem solving ability applicable to various hardware and software as well as troubleshooting
? Excellent collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to build productive relationships
? Computer proficiency and the ability to learn company specific computer applicationsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
